George Foreman Steak Grill: Loving Steaks with George Foreman Steak Grill

For most of us steak-loving people living in the city it is very much impossible for us to cook our own steaks from scratch. For one, living in the city means that we don’t have yards or any big spaces to grill steaks so usually we resort to restaurants and steak houses. Well, don’t get me wrong restaurant steaks are really delicious but sometimes there’s something about cooking them ourselves that hit the spot. Then there’s the smoke, in the city we live very close to one another so the smoke can become intolerable and annoying for others so it’s out of the question. Anyway what if there is a way for us to cook steaks ourselves but don’t need much space and it doesn’t create smoke then I’m sure a lot of us would rejoice at this. So here comes the George Foreman Steak Grill, a grilling machine that enables us, steak-lovers, to cook our own steaks in the comfort of our home without the smoke and the fat.

Admittedly the steaks cooked with this grill don’t come close to steaks cooked on barbeque grills with charcoal but still it’s a very good grill. All you have to do is plug it in, close the clam-shell lid and preheat the corrugated Teflon-coated grill plate. When the light goes off, it means the grill is very hot and is ready to cook steaks.

The grill plate is sloped so fat drains away from the food and into the drip tray making the steak a lot healthier. After putting in meat, chicken or fish close the lid to evenly grill both sides of the food. In mere minutes, your food will be ready for serving. Since the grilling plate is Teflon-coated, cleaning is very easy. Although the plates cannot be removed from the machine, it can be easily wiped using clean wet cloth. A word of precaution just make sure that the plates are stone-cold before cleaning it. The George Foreman Steak Grill also comes with a cookbook and a chart telling you how long to cook everything. Lastly, since the machine cooks using both plates, it takes a shorter period of time to cook food.
